Yes,we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. Meanwhile,we can help you to develop structure and designs if you have a general idea as we have a strong R&D team.

Yes,we can make the samples based on your design and idea. We can make the 3D artwork based on your idea for your check and then we go on the samples.

We can send you the sample of available items (usually items from our previous orders). If the items are not available at that time,you will need to charge for the sampling fee and shipping fee. In case you have a massive order,which meet our sample charge refund policy,we will return your sample fee with bulk production.

Usually takes 5-7 days.The cost depends on the weight and packing size and your area. Pls send

Usually our normal MOQ is 500pcs/per design. Any quantity less than MOQ is acceptable but the price will not be competitive then.

Normally 35days after we receive your payment and sample approval,but it can take longer for complicated products or big order quantity. Pls double check with our sales when you place the order.

The available payment methods are PayPal,Alibaba Trade Assurance for sample orders and Bank Transfer for confirmed orders. We accept USD/EURO. If you pay by RMB,we can accept Wechat and Alipay.

Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping. If the quality problem of products caused by us,we will provide a replacement service.
